Nigel Lloyd

Nigel is Co-Director of NLH Partnership and has been an active social researcher for almost 20 years. He is an expert in the area of research, evaluation, consultation and performance management for Children’s Centres and early years settings, and has worked with a large number of Children’s Centre partnerships across England, as well as on Children’s Centre and early years projects for local, regional and central Government.

Since forming NLH Partnership in 2006, Nigel has been responsible for conducting more than 50 children and families related research, evaluation, consultation, consultancy and development projects for Children’s Centres and local authorities across England. He regularly runs training and development Masterclasses and workshops for Children’s Centre and early years commissioners, managers and staff.

For three years, prior to setting up NLH Partnership, Nigel worked for the National Evaluation of Sure Start (NESS), with responsibility for coordinating and delivering evaluation support and guidance to the 57 Sure Start Local Partnerships and Children’s Centres across Greater London. He was one of the NESS National Co-ordinators for Sure Start evaluation support.
