Penny Turner

Penny Turner has been working at Earl Mountbatten Hospice for 18 months having been a night sister at the local Trust for 13 years but with an interest in Education and professional standards. She spent 40% of her hours on the in patient ward and the other time either teaching or developing policies, standards, competences etc to support the clinical staff. Earl Mountbatten Hospice is a charity run hospice but unusually all of the clinical staff are employed by the NHS and are seen as "satellite" staff.
