Trevor Luker is Managing Director for Pearson UK Work Based Learning. The business unit was established in January 2010; as well as achieving significant growth under his tenure Trevor also successfully launched the BTEC Apprenticeship brand into the WBL market which is now becoming recognised as the industry leading apprenticeship brand for Employers and learners. He joined Edexcel in September 2004 as Head of UK Education, becoming Deputy Commercial Director in April 2006 and Commercial Director for Edexcel in June 2007. Trevor has also managed Edexcel International’s business during his period within Edexcel. In addition, he was Chair of Awards UK, a joint venture company between Edexcel and SQA 2006 - 2010. Trevor has worked in the UK and overseas and holds a Masters in Business Management.
