Dave is head of BT Apprenticeship Delivery with responsibility for the attraction, recruitment and development of circa 700 apprentices across 13 frameworks and the three levels of apprenticeships. Dave is a member of the ITP and the IET and a chartered engineer with the UK Engineering Council. He has completed an apprenticeship himself before becoming qualified at honours degree level in Electronics and Computer Systems. Before joining BT, Dave worked in various electrical roles across six different industries.
