Conor is Interim Chief Executive for NHS Redbridge. His primary area of current focus is leading the local development and delivery of Polysystems – a model of integrated clinically-led commissioning and delivery.

Prior to joining the PCT, Conor worked as a management consultant for firms including KPMG and Marsh & McLennan leading work with healthcare organisations on Corporate and Clinical Governance, Change Management and Performance Improvement within the UK and Europe.

Conor has a degree in Computer Science from Liverpool University. He is an Occupational Therapist by profession and has spent much of his professional career working as a clinician and manager within Trusts across East London.
