As full-time manager for Culture First, the culture and sport improvement network in the East, Heidi leads the regional Improvement Managers team and is responsible for co-ordinating and communicating the network programme.
Heidi has 10 years experience in Local Authority and has managed a diverse team of staff and projects across a spectrum of service areas including; Tourism, Economic Development & Regeneration, Arts & Heritage, Play, Events & Marketing, Sports Development and Active Citizenship.
Alongside significant operational experience, Heidi has been involved in strategic planning and policy development and has an MA in Cultural Leadership.
