Matt is Deputy Director for IP Enforcement at the UK Intellectual Property Office. Originally recruited as a Patent Examiner, Matt spent several years working on patent applications for computer implemented inventions before moving to work on copyright policy and then subsequently to head up the office’s enforcement team.
