Sue has worked for the Youth Justice Board for just over seven years where she currently leads nationally on restorative justice. Sue has been working in the criminal justice system for over 25 years. Originally a community service manager for Greater Manchester Probation Service, Sue then moved to working with young offenders as an Intense Supervision and Surveillance Programme (ISSP) manager across five YOTs in West Manchester where restorative justice was an integral part of the ISSP programme.
