Dr Benjamin Brabon

Dr Benjamin Brabon is Academic Courses Manager at Nottingham Trent University. He has research expertise in Digital Education and he convened the UK’s first undergraduate credit-bearing MOOC.

Dr Brabon has worked with a number of national and international organisations in this area, including the Higher Education Academy (HEA), the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and the Swedish Ministry of Education. His work on MOOCs and quality assurance has been cited by David Willetts (former Minister for Universities and Science). Currently, Dr Brabon is writing a book on Digital Thinking: Decoding the Self in the Information Age.
