Bill Sutherland is a Lecturer and a Teaching Fellow with Aberdeen Business School at Robert Gordon University.

He is a Learning Enhancement Coordinator for Corporate Clients and the MBA. He teaches on Management, International Business, Strategic Management and Innovation Management programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level. In an institutional setting, his research interests relate to staff development, course design, authentic assessment and employability. His wider research interests relate to management of innovation and systems of innovation.

He is currently involved in enhancement projects within Aberdeen Business School relating to curriculum design for the MBA and is also engaged in the design and development of several of RGU's corporate programmes.
