Elizabeth Clowes is currently the Assistant Director for Commissioning in Lambeth, having held a wide variety of roles in social care and health for over 35 years.

She is a qualified social worker, and managed community mental health teams before moving into strategic commissioning. She leads for Lambeth Council and the NHS in commissioning services for public health and socially excluded groups, including rough sleepers. She has a particular interest in developing and promoting health interventions to support rough sleepers and vulnerable adults.
