Rhoda Walker
Rhoda Walker, Director of AHP, Nursing & Midwifery in NHS Orkney which is the smallest Health Board in Scotland serving a population of 20,000 across 17 islands.
A Registered Sick Children’s and General nurse she has been in various management roles in NHS Orkney since 1997 including Nurse Manager, Hospital Manager, Assistant Clinical Director and currently that of Director of AHP, Nursing & Midwifery. She also holds the role of Associate Clinical Lecturer to Robert Gordon’s University in Aberdeen and is the Executive Lead for all aspects of Patient Focus and Public Involvement in the Board.
