Vicki has been working with troubled families since she started out as Probation Officer 11 years ago. Vicki worked with offenders, on both sides of the prison wall before becoming a Restorative Justice Facilitator for Oxfordshire Youth Offending Service, mediating between victims and offenders.

Vicki became a Family Intervention Project (FIP) Key Worker over 2 years ago when the FIP first started in Buckinghamshire and has been part of the development of the project targeting the most challenging families – families with multiple and complex problems which cause disproportionate disruption to the local community. Through sustained intervention and multi-agency working, FIP’s aim to achieve and sustain positive changes for both the family and the community living around them. She is now Acting Manager of the FIP in Bucks.
