Geoff Booth
Geoff Booth is responsible for management of Hospitality, Business and Tourism education at FE and HE levels.
He has thirty years of industry and education experience in strategic and operational management, curriculum design, quality monitoring and establishing collaborative partnerships between education and employers.
His leadership of FE and HE training provision extends to apprenticeships, work based and bespoke training activities at levels 1-5 and network links between UK Education partner institutions as well as International liaison between hospitality and business providers in UK, US and Europe.
Geoff Booth is CEO of PACE (Professional Association of Catering Education) and represents 250 colleges offering Hospitality and Culinary Training, as well as representing over 5000 lecturers and 100,000 students.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (FIH), holds an MSoc Sc in Tourism and Leisure Services as well as NVQ5 Management and is a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Cooks of London and a member of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
Geoff is a Founder Member of the Mercury Research Group and the BritCA Foundation for Business Entrepreneurs.
