Jan joined Fusion21 in February 2008 working initially as a Consultant to enhance the training and employment opportunities and became Head of Employment & Training in July 2009. Jan is responsible for driving the development and performance of Fusion21’s Training and Employment services. Jan’s team deliver training and employment opportunities for local people, and as part of our commitment to improving lives, Jan has introduced many opportunities through various initiatives including the government’s Future Jobs Fund scheme and most recently the New Horizons project.

In her spare time Jan is a mentor for SME’s in the Knowsley area and sits on the Merseyside Network for Europe North West board.
