Peter is an Executive Board Member at The Manchester College with strategic leadership responsibilities for offender learning, apprenticeships, community, skills and employment; partnerships, business development and marketing.

With a background in business development, Peter has more than 17years’ experience working in offender learning and has played a key role in the development of the college’s provision to become the country’s largest provider of offender learning and skills.

Peter has a successful track record of driving forward strategic development, developing provision that impacts positively on all learners, strategic partnership management and nurturing the development of employment focused skills training for offenders in both custody and community settings.
