Professor Dr Cameron Richards is based in the Perdana School of Science, Technology and Innovation Policy on the international campus of the University of Technology Malaysia.

His current academic work and interests focus on policy studies and research, and ways of assisting both postgraduate students and colleagues with more effective models and practices of academic research inquiry, academic writing and general ‘knowledge-building’.

As well as having worked at the Queensland University of Technology and the University of Western Australia, he has also worked extensively in Asia including at the Singapore National Institute of Education and the Hong Kong Institute of Education.
