Martine Carassik is an independent, experienced and innovative management, strategy and IT consultant within Higher Education and the commercial sector. Martine is a well rounded professional with a clear focus on results and value, and an impressive record in establishing new companies / departments or rescuing failing ones.

Working as an independent consultant in the HE sector since 2009, Martine has established an impressive customer list, including The University of Sunderland, the Manchester Business School, King’s College London and De Montfort University. She also collaborates with commercial organisations, currently working as Principal Strategy Advisor to SunGard Higher Education.

Martine was involved in the initial HEFCE Shared Service initiative; working at the time at Salford University, she lead the Logica study on Shared Service Datacentre commissioned in 2006 by the University of Salford, Sheffield Hallam, Derby University and The University of Leicester.
