Having worked for the BBC for 15 years, you may have seen Neville’s name whizz pass your eyes while you have watched TV. Since those heady days Neville spent the next 15 years being the Managing Director of a software company, the founding CEO of an innovation award winning data-integration company and currently as CIO for Plymouth City Council. This being the most challenging of all his roles.

He also sits on the South West SOCITM committee and is a recent member of the Local CIO Council, seeking to improve the adoption of strategies such as “Planting the Flag”. Neville also chairs the Telecommunications Sub Group (TSG) for the South West Local Resilience Forum, seeking to improve resilient communications and business continuity for both the public sector and the wider population.

Neville is now seeking to drive forward joined up delivery of services across Plymouth and the wider region.
