In 2007 she was seconded to the Department of Health working on a national cardiac diagnostics project, supporting the delivery of the 18 week targets. Later that year she commenced her current role with a portfolio including innovation, performance and business development.

Mary has significant experience of service redesign, innovation and transformational change. More recently, she has gained experience of merger management supporting the transfer of South West Essex Community Services to North East London Foundation Trust.
