Fran Parry

Fran Parry joined Inclusion as Director of Policy and Communications in September 2009. In September 2011, she took up the role of Director of New Business and Partnerships.

From 2007 to 2009 Fran was Chair of the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) the membership association for UK welfare-to-work providers, working closely with providers and the Department for Work and Pensions around numerous issues related to the commissioning strategy and the role out of the Flexible New Deal.

She has extensive UK and international experience gained from operational, development and strategic roles in public, private and voluntary sector organisations, including Angus Knight, Fern Training, Carter & Carter and Rathbone.

Fran also brings with her experience of the business sector, having worked for nine years for the US multinational 3M in sales, marketing and inventory control roles.

Fran leads at Inclusion on all relationships with the government and its contractors in the delivery of employment and skills services and on matters relating to internal and external communications. She is a Manchester University graduate, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Fellow of the RSA.
