Alison Bunney
Alison Bunney is currently the Business Development Director at Seetec, a national welfare-to-work and skills provider. Having worked in the industry since 2007, Alison has been instrumental in Seetec’s bidding strategy and subsequent growth, encompassing a wide range of bidding activity for DWP contracts, including Work Programme, Mandatory Work Activity, Work Choice, Flexible New Deal, ESF and New Deal for Disabled People. Alison’s team has also secured numerous additional Skills Funding Agency contracts, including Response to Redundancy and Work Focused Training, which have run alongside Seetec’s core Apprenticeship provision. They have also secured Seetec’s position as a National Skills Academy for Retail member, in its capacity as lead partner for The Skills Place Newham, the new skills shop based at the Westfield Stratford City development on the edge of the Olympic Park.
Before entering the welfare-to-work industry Alison worked in national business development for a national recruitment company focusing on public sector recruitment.
