Graham is currently Vice Chairman of the UK India Business Council; Vice Chair of the World Energy Council and a member of the Executive Council of the Parliamentary Group for Energy Studies. He retired in January 2010 from his position as a senior partner within the Global Energy and Utilities Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previously he was President of the International Federation of Accountants , President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Deputy Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council.
