Matt Andrews

Matt Andrews is an Associate Professor of Public Policy at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. He is the Faculty Chair of Harvard's Mason mid-career degree program and Leaders in Development executive education course. Matt's research focuses on the challenges involved in building responsive and accountable governments in developing countries. He is widely published in this area and particularly on the subject of public financial management reform in Africa. Matt's research builds on applied experience working in his native South Africa and with governments in over 25 developing countries.
