Shelley Webster has worked in Higher Education for seven years and has worked in the UCL International Office for four years. She has held the position of International Student Welfare Adviser since October 2008 and is responsible for developing and co-ordinating welfare provision for international students at UCL.

She holds an MSc from LSE and has recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Enhancing the International Student Experience, for which she received a PMI 2 bursary.
