Paul Adams is a self employed social work consultant specializing in fostering and adoption. He is also currently employed as a part time Fostering Development Consultant at BAAF. Paul’s background is predominantly in local authority children services, managing child care and fostering teams, more latterly working on specific assignments to manage change and develop services. His other experience has included managing fostering and adoption consortia, working as a professional foster carer, and undertaking international child care development work. Paul currently chairs a fostering panel and an adoption panel, sits on GSCC conduct panels, and provides consultancy and training in various settings.
